ReFrame Conference will explore how we can build resilient organizations for resilient communities. We'll also spotlight the home repair work happening in Detroit through panels of local organizations and a half-day tour of the city with City Institute.

Dates

ReFrame Conference will be November 13th - 15th at the Westin Southfield in Detroit, Michigan. Pre-conference sessions will take place on November 12th. Group hotel rates are available and details will be included upon registration.

Sessions & Speakers

ReFrame Conference is the premier conference for home repair organizations and community development leaders who work with home repair. Sessions range from repair-focused training, to working with volunteers, to managing healthy organizations and successful programs. ReFrame Conference is a fit for executives, repair program managers, grant writers and administrators, volunteer managers, and beyond. 

The Call for Speakers Form is now available! Proposals should reflect topics focused on the conference theme of renewing housing with equitable, accessible, and durable approaches. Learn more about this year's tracks, workshop session format, and past highly-rated session topics.

Pricing & Registration

Early bird member tickets are $250. Non-member tickets are $350. Tickets for virtual live streams start at $75 for all sessions. Tickets for the half-day tour of Detroit with City Institute and pre-conference workshop tickets will be announced at a later date. We are actively seeking scholarship funds, and scholarship information will be shared if and when funds become available.

Whether you want to network with conference-goers in our vendor hall, sponsor a keynote speaker, or fund registration scholarships for nonprofit employees, we have an opportunity that aligns with your philanthropic and marketing goals.

FAQs

Yes, the group rate for the Westin Southfield Detroit is $179 per night. You must book by October 21 to use the group rate. We recommend booking accommodations as soon as possible as the blocks tend to fill up quickly. You will be emailed a booking link with the group rate after registering.
Yes, this year's conference will be hybrid! Virtual attendees will be able to access all breakout sessions and keynotes. Please note that some sessions, like the pre-conference sessions and the Detroit tours with City Institute, may not be available virtually.
The closest airport is Detroit Metro Wayne County Airport (DTW). It is 22 miles from the hotel, around a 25 minute drive.
Yes, by registering now, you can secure the early bird rate and update the attendee contact information later. You will need to contact us with the attendee's name, e-mail, and job title when you finalize your registration information. Attendee information must be finalized by November 1, 2024. Email megan@coalitionforhomerepair.org if you need to update registrations.
Yes, there are a number of additional hotels within walking distance to the Westin Southfield Hotel. Please note that the Coalition only has a group booking rate at the Westin.
