What Counts as a Unique Repair Project?

Thursday, January 12, 2023
2:00 PM - 3:00 PM (EST)
This event will be held via Zoom
Category: Webinar

Join the Coalition for an informal round table as we discuss measuring unique repair projects. After completing last year's impact report, some members informed Coalition staff they might be underreporting repairs. This round table will help you benchmark your organization's measurement practices to other organizations. Coalition staff will share repair count averages by organization size from 2021 Impact Report data.

Discussion Questions

  • What counts as a unique repair project?
  • How do you track repairs year round?
  • How do we measure repair projects when planning scope of work for volunteers? How are the two intertwined?
  • Do you track when a volunteer group helps with cleaning or takes initiative for minor home repair outside the planned scope of work?

This roundtable will happen shortly before the 2022 Impact Report is available. It will also include an overview of the report and the grants portal from Coalition staff.

Contact Melanie melanie@coalitionforhomerepair.org if you'd like to volunteer to speak briefly about your own organization's repair measurement processes.

It's free!
