Holston Habitat for Humanity is opening applications for the Homeownership Program beginning on June 1, 2026. This round of applications will select a total of 11 individuals and/or families for a single-family home to be built at 1035 Glendale Street in Bristol, TN, and two single-family homes and four duplexes to be built off Moorland Drive in Johnson City, TN. Construction of the homes in Johnson City will begin in early 2027.
Applications must be submitted to the Holston Habitat office no later than 5:00 pm on June 26, 2026. Applications received after the deadline will not be considered, regardless of postmark. Please note that applications will not be accepted at the Habitat ReStore locations.
If individuals or families need help filling out an application, don't hesitate to get in touch with the Habitat office at 423-239-7689 ext. 806 or familyservices@holstonhabitat.org to schedule an appointment. Applicants who walk into the office without an appointment may have to wait or return at another time to receive assistance.
