Presented by Cara Stewart, Chief of Staff of the Kentucky House Democratic Caucus Office. She is a former attorney with Kentucky Equal Justice Center and legal aid groups in Kentucky where she represented tenants in landlord-tenant disputes. Cara is passionate about housing as health care; she is an expert on Medicaid as successfully sued the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services for approving Kentucky's work reporting and cost-sharing requirements. Cara is also on the Board of Directors for the Homeless & Housing Coalition of Kentucky.
