Led by Dale Hamilton, a licensed professional clinical counselor who has worked as a therapist with Family Life Counseling Service, a program of Christian Appalachian Project, for 12 years. He also currently serves as the President of the Kentucky Association of Adult Development and Aging. This training looks at the elements of compassion fatigue, secondary trauma, burnout and fatigue in people providing services. We look at how to recognize it, what it looks like, why we are susceptible, and discuss how to heal. Presentation: slides
